Job Summary

MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure Group is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to assist with maintaining day-to-day computer operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of computer equipment
  • Participate in the rollout and implementation of new systems
  • Document incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Install hardware and software on desktop systems
  • Report and communicate outages and escalations to the IT Support Supervisor
  • Assume on-call duties on a scheduled rotation
  • Set up and deploy mobile phones
  • Maintain IT asset inventory
  • Ensure sufficient stock of IT equipment
  • Move, set up, and update workstations
  • Provide first-level user support troubleshooting
  • Train end-users on the use of systems and programs
  • Assist with creating access cards for building security badge systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year of experience in support/customer service
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
