Nurse Practitioner

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Waters of Muncie.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long-term care environment and be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, currently licensed in the state they are working in.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Prepare and administer medications as required
- Administer treatments and consult with physicians
- Communicate effectively with director of nursing and staff
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
**Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long-term care environment
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and currently licensed in the state they are working in
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
