About the Role:

DaVita Dialysis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
