About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse in the inpatient system float department is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a System Float nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on various units and at different ProHealth Care hospitals, expanding your knowledge base and advancing your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to patients and families in a patient-centered approach
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
Valid State of WI or eLC compact state RN license
At least 6 months of hospital-based nursing experience
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire if not current
