Cardiovascular Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Perform all patient care in the Cardiovascular Diagnostic department where appropriate.
• Perform, monitor, and identify EKG rhythms, report rhythm abnormalities to attending physicians, and assess and treat patients as needed.
• Perform exercise stress tests and modify exercise or stress test according to patient's clinical condition and needs.
• Place cardiac holter and mobile cardiac telemetry monitors and provide support and explanation to patients.
• Manage patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Travel to various ProHealth Clinics and Hospitals for patient testing and studies weekly.
• Provide care during emergencies utilizing BLS/ACLS.
What You Will Do: As a Cardiovascular Specialist, you will assist in the care of cardiac patients and provide all patient care in the Cardiovascular Diagnostics department, including stress testing, EKG, and cardiac monitor placement.
