Advocates is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Clinician to provide in-home therapy services to children and families. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families to develop and implement treatment plans, provide intensive family therapy, and connect them with community resources.
Responsibilities- Promote a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with families
- Provide intensive family therapy and skills training to children and families
- Identify and connect families with community resources and supports
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's Degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling, or PsyD/PhD
- At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Fluency in a language other than English, including ability to provide services in this language
- Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with standardized documentation processes
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers
