Job Summary

Advocates is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Clinician to provide in-home therapy services to children and families. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families to develop and implement treatment plans, provide intensive family therapy, and connect them with community resources.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with families
  • Provide intensive family therapy and skills training to children and families
  • Identify and connect families with community resources and supports
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling, or PsyD/PhD
  • At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
  • Fluency in a language other than English, including ability to provide services in this language
  • Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with standardized documentation processes
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers
