Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at the Family Resource Center. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide clinical treatment and direct care to individuals, families, and support systems.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake, screening, and assessment functions for family members experiencing CRA-related issues.
  • Perform trauma-informed intake assessments that address risk factors and systemic issues facing individuals and families.
  • Work collaboratively with non-clinically trained staff and community resources to develop therapeutically indicated approaches.
  • Provide clinical support to other FRC staff as needed.
  • Responsible for completing the modified CANS and other identified supplemental behavioral needs assessments.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • At least five years of experience as a licensed clinician, with experience administering the CANS Assessment.
  • Current driver's license, proper auto insurance coverage, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community.
  • Independent license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Ability to work a flexible Monday-Friday daytime/afternoon schedule.
  • Spanish/Portuguese speaking, preferred.
