The Opportunity

As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our DoD programs. Your expertise in managing cost, schedule, and performance will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and within-budget delivery of projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate communications and coordinate milestone planning, leveraging tools like MS Project to drive project success.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to the Warfighter, and we recognize the importance of continuous growth and development. As a Senior Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to influence program strategy and contribute to the development of organizational programs. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be essential in this role.

We are seeking an experienced project management specialist who can help us achieve our mission critical goals. If you have a strong background in DoD programs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing cost, schedule, and performance of Army or DoD programs
  • Experience facilitating communications with stakeholders and suppliers to support product development or ongoing production programs
  • Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle process
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the military preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Master's degree
