Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of DoD programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
  • Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with integrated product team stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders
  • Communicate effectively to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards

Requirements:

  • Experience with the management and acquisition life cycle of Defense programs
  • Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions, and present findings to senior leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading communications with stakeholders and suppliers to support product development, or ongoing production programs
  • Knowledge of gun launched system requirements, including artillery
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
