Job Overview

This full-time position involves engaging with prospective clients who are in need of insurance quotes or policy evaluations. Compensation Package
We offer a competitive base salary complemented by commission and bonus potential.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday with evenings off.

Training and Development
Hands-on training and access to our Protege Mentorship Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
  • Process Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Record each customer interaction in our eAgent system.
  • Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Produce insurance quotes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Confident and capable of working independently.
  • Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
