Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role within a food and beverage setting, with a preference for prior Barista experience.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a customer-centric approach, demonstrating a positive attitude while engaging with guests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare beverages as requested by guests or servers, adhering to established procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency; set up the bar and back bar in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Perform pre and post-shift duties, including stocking service stations and preparing coffee.
