Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Indiana County/Ebensburg. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
  • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, meet-and-greets, and promote continuing education (CE) courses.
  • Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer relationships and building new customer relationships by gaining rapport and educating potential clients on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify Target 25 (Top 25 prospects to develop into trusted partnerships).
  • Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments).
  • Increase territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding territory sales goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven track record with sales and marketing experience within the service or trade sectors.
  • Strong business and/or financial background with process/results-driven attitude.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies (Salesforce Marketing).
  • Ability to successfully pass a background and driver's license check subject to applicable law.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a bonus
