As a Technical Product Manager and Advocate for Rust, you'll play a key role in driving GNAT Pro for Rust forward by identifying capabilities that meet customer needs, stand out in the marketplace, and enter new industrial domains related to our core strategy.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the development of GNAT Pro for Rust by identifying capabilities that meet customer needs and enter new industrial domains
  • Advocating for Rust within our user base to people currently using C/C++
  • Identifying new potential opportunities in relevant industrial domains
  • Representing AdaCore in the Rust community and identifying potential opportunities
  • Mentoring service-team members in Rust as we build up our Rust-related service offerings
  • Collaborating with the product-management team, sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure product goals are realized

Your qualification and skills must include

  • Master in computer science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Deep knowledge, experience, and passion for Rust
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, including executives, to drive product goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team
