Job Title: Account Executive

At First Baptist Atlanta, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scope, budget, and timeline of all projects, maintaining effective communication with ministry team members, and creating a project management tracking system for the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with ministry team members to gather information about a project's scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with communications department team members to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes detailed deadlines and assignments
  • Assign and track internal tasks to project completion
  • Inspect project deliverables
  • Complete project billing and post evaluation
  • Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and any other functions to ensure an efficient office environment
  • Help develop and manage special projects as needed
  • Assist with project tasks as needed
  • Attend project meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and produce quarterly metrics for the department
  • Stay current in industry trends and product developments

Requirements:

  • Must have a growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must align with the beliefs, values, and mission of First Baptist Atlanta
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in communications
  • Must be adept at oral and written communication
  • Must always be accessible for addressing emergencies that may arise
  • Must be proficient with programs in the Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite
  • Must possess robust copywriting and editing skills
  • Must possess strong administrative skills
