This role primarily allows for remote work; however, occasional visits to our office may be required.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues for developed applications.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards.

Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow.

Collaborate using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Enhance and maintain processes, standards, policies, and best practices.

Provide ongoing support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.


Develop catalog items, automate processes, and create solutions using no code, low code, and JavaScript as necessary to fulfill legitimate business requirements.

Perform quality assurance and various testing methodologies.

Manage data integration between ServiceNow instances and other systems.

Engage with clients to gather requirements.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:

U.S. Citizenship is required

A Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least one IT Certification

A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow

Proficient in Web Technologies:
JavaScript

HTML

CSS

XML
Thorough understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest features

Solid knowledge and experience in ServiceNow core architecture and applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Management, Employee Center, App Engine Studio, and Mobile

Experience with all stages of the software development life cycle

Aptitude for quickly learning new processes, systems, and integrations with ServiceNow

ServiceNow Citizen Developer Certification

Willingness to travel up to 10%

Additional Preferred Skills:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related IT fields is preferred

Familiarity with jQuery, JSON, and ITIL V4 is advantageous

ServiceNow Administration Certification (CSA), with current updates

ServiceNow Applications Developer (CAD), with current updates

Experience with SharePoint is a plus
