Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve project issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
    • Conduct regular project status reviews to ensure project is on track.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • PMP or CSM certification required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience and Skills
    • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, application development, and/or infrastructure.
    • Strong experience working on large-scale technology projects.
    • Expert-level proficiency in MS Project, MS Azure DevOps, or similar.
    • Technical understanding of infrastructure and application development projects.
