About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our team at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI). As a Reproductive Mental Health Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to individuals and couples navigating reproductive mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with reproductive mental health concerns, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in reproductive mental health.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives, including clinical research and quality improvement projects.

Requirements
  • A Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g. MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D).
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Missouri or a PSYPACT state.
  • Experience treating reproductive mental health-related behavioral conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
