Job Title: Reimbursement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Specialist to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions.

Job Summary

The Reimbursement Specialist will be responsible for assisting patients and caregivers in navigating the healthcare system, providing education and support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and caregivers in accessing reliable sources of information and resources.
  • Field incoming phone calls and triage calls to the appropriate team for further action.
  • Provide scripted information on patient support materials and resources.
  • Assess patient needs and match them with appropriate resources and support.
  • Adhere to all compliance standards and policies.
  • Identify patient barriers and refer them to aligned resources.
  • Conduct benefit investigations and prior authorizations with payers.
  • Provide updates and partner with team members to ensure timely patient support.
  • Participate in ongoing department projects and ensure patient-centered excellence.
Requirements
  • Health Benefits Verification experience required.
  • Diploma or Associates degree required.
  • Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
