Body Shop Technician

The Body Shop Technician will be responsible for delivering a premium retail experience to our clientele while maintaining a high-quality and performance-oriented environment.
He/she will be measured by achieving 100% or greater hour efficiency; delivering the highest quality body repairs without comebacks; and by maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a dealership atmosphere and/or in a continuous improvement process/procedure-oriented shop environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and high quality
- Communicating with the body shop manager regarding additional work, repairs, and timelines
- Documenting all work performed and recommended on the repair order
- Participating in training programs and certifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
