Collision Center Technician

About the Role:

The Collision Center Technician is a highly skilled and experienced auto body repair specialist who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and high quality.
• Communicate effectively with the body shop manager and other team members.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in a dealership atmosphere or a continuous improvement process/procedure-oriented shop environment.
• Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
