Job Summary:

The Jenkins Collision Center of Homosassa is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our body shop department, you will be responsible for writing accurate and detailed damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and staff
  • Accurately diagnose damage and identify additional service sales opportunities
  • Quote prices for repairs and obtain client agreement
  • Continually monitor work progress to ensure timely completion
  • Inspect and test work to ensure quality and completeness

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive collision repair or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
