Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Harvard University. As a key member of our External Education department, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and cultivating relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your primary objective will be to promote and sell Harvard Medical School solutions within the healthcare sector, with a focus on boosting sales and optimizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Harvard Medical School solutions
  • Collaborate with HMS faculty and OEE internal stakeholders to design optimal educational solutions for clients
  • Manage key client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and account growth
  • Develop channel relationships with distributors and other partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of successfully selling B2B educational or other professional services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
