COMPENSATION: $20.42-$22.42 per hour (dependent on experience)

WORK SCHEDULE: Thursday-Monday: 6:00AM-2:30PM

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Merchandising role is an excellent entry point into our organization, offering a solid foundation for career advancement. This position is pivotal in engaging consumers through effective merchandising of our globally recognized brands. A successful Merchandiser is enthusiastic about our products, takes ownership of their display, and drives sales through strategic market execution. The work schedule may vary weekly based on operational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain product displays for Anheuser-Busch brands.
  • Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at assigned retail locations.
  • Move products between storage and display areas using manual equipment.
  • Install permanent point of sale (POS) materials in retail environments.
  • Assist in the daily management of the POS Warehouse.
  • Organize and consolidate backstock in account stockrooms.
  • Monitor and report on backstock inventory levels.
  • Secure damaged or defective products appropriately.
  • Follow procedures for managing out-of-stock situations at retail accounts.
  • Complete daily paperwork and ensure all company documentation is accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License is necessary.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Capability to lift and move products weighing up to 180 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must pass a post-offer background and drug screening.
