Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large units or multiple units providing ambulatory services, ensuring high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-focused care.
  • Maintain clinical practice standards, manage budgets, and foster staff development while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in management or leadership roles, with at least five (5) years of supervisory experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related health field required, or equivalent experience in a directly related field.
  • Current Registered Nurse License (California), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an outpatient care setting.
  • Clinical specialization in Sleep Medicine or Wound Care.
  • Master's degree preferred.
