LPN / LVN Licensed Practical Nurse Fairfax Behavioral Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Fairfax Behavioral Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the healing and health of our patients.
Responsibilities- Prescribe and coordinate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices.
- Under the supervision of an RN, demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Graduate from an accredited program of licensed practical nursing required.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Fairfax new hire training.
