Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Kirkland campus. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead treatment teams and coordinate patient care
- Manage adult inpatient caseloads, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule with manageable caseloads. Enjoy a sustainable work environment with occasional weekend rounding and evening call coverage by phone only.
Benefits and Compensation- Competitive salary range: $180,000-$200,000 depending on experience and job fit
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Malpractice insurance covered
- 25 days Paid Time Off annually
- 5 CME days + reimbursable expenses
- NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required
- Post graduate PMHNP certificate required
- Current Washington APRN license in good standing
- Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers
- 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included)
