Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of supports and services to consumers
  • Implement and evaluate person-centered plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on job skills and employability practices
  • Manage referrals, applications, and decisions related to consumer services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual support plans
  • Ensure compliance with state guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in a related area, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • One year in supervisory or management capacity
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Pass background checks: criminal, DMV, dependent adult, and child abuse registry
