Providence Service is seeking a skilled Hospice Care Nurse for a traveling role in the Portland Metro and Clark County areas. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care while traveling to various locations, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in nursing, with a focus on hospice care, long-term care, acute care, ambulatory care, or home health. They will be responsible for completing medical requirements, coordinating patient care activities, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
  • Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse and Washington Licensed Practical Nurse licenses upon hire
  • Valid driver's license and driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
  • Criminal background check
