Healthcare Team Leader

Serenity Hospice is a leading provider of compassionate end-of-life care. We are seeking an experienced RN to fill the role of Healthcare Team Leader in our Tigard office.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient services and ensuring compliance with agency policies. This includes developing policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives, as well as supervising staff providing direct patient services.
About the Role:As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families facing end-of-life journeys. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in shaping the success of our hospice care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and coach staff members to ensure effective delivery of patient services
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and certification standards
- Plan and implement ongoing education programs for staff members
- A current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience in healthcare, homecare, or hospice
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
