Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence, serving nearly 200,000 people annually across our seven-state footprint. We provide a range of services, including restorative care, longitudinal care, and palliative care. Our core competencies include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and supportive housing.
The estimated salary for this position is $63.37 per hour, based on the base pay range and location in Portland, OR. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
