Preston Dental Center offers a competitive salary of $7,500 sign-on bonus plus a comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance and retirement savings plans. As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, with experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems being highly desirable.

We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. Our 10-person team thrives on collaboration, and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

This is a full-time position, with hours from Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be expected to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year and may be required to lift and carry up to 45 pounds on occasion.
