Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the IT department, aligning with the overall goals of Waterfall Community Health Center.
- Provide expert-level technical support and problem resolution for all IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Directly manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems, implementing robust security measures and protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems and processes.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex IT systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
