The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for producing invoices for finalized service work orders completed by our Service Technicians. This role involves dispatching invoices to clients through their preferred communication channels or B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and validate service technicians' documentation and time logs.
  • Create precise invoices promptly.
  • Perform calculations based on technicians' travel and hours worked to guarantee accurate compensation and billing.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with fellow billing team members to adhere to billing timelines.
  • Engage with service dispatchers and other departments to resolve inquiries or issues.
  • Digitally scan and archive invoices and related documents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF editing software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with billing software and tools.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Educational Background:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university; OR a high school diploma/GED with two years of relevant training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
