Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, your primary duties will include:

  • Property Tours: Conducting guided tours of the community and showcasing apartment features.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with new lease applications and managing the renewal process for existing residents.
  • Customer Engagement: Following up with current and prospective residents to gather feedback and address any concerns, while supporting customer service initiatives and events within the community.

Your Experience: A background in a fast-paced, professional setting, with a passion for engaging with people and a drive to meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in sales or property management.
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role with a focus on service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Event planning and coordination experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
