About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our Sales Management Trainee Program at Kohler. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned retail stores
  • Develop strong relationships with store personnel and high-value customers
  • Deliver best-in-class sales and service to customers in-store
  • Support sales teams to increase sales to key customer segments
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions to educate store associates and customers on Kohler solutions
  • Maintain on-brand aesthetics of Kohler products and point-of-purchase materials
  • Support merchandise execution teams to ensure new product launches and resets are completed on time
  • Communicate insights on market trends and competitive intelligence to Kohler sales and marketing partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a retail environment full-time
  • Comfortable with presentations and public speaking
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational skills
