We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Behavioral Health Support Specialist will provide essential support and guidance to individuals participating in the Contingency Management program at our Behavioral Health Clinic.

  • Collaborate with clients to work toward rehabilitation goals and maintain frequent communication with treatment teams.
  • Deliver services in outpatient or field settings, depending on assignments and/or client needs.

Clinical documentation responsibilities include writing and completing all progress notes within 72 hours of service delivery, maintaining compliance with due dates, and adhering to agency policy and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, complete approved training, and pass the certification examination within six months of hire. To maintain certification, the peer support specialist is required to complete continuing education hours (CEH) based on the program's core competencies.
