About the Role

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our team in a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation/trial support experience, manage a heavy caseload, and work independently while communicating proactively with attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing, proofreading, and amending legal documents and pleadings.
  • Handle E-filings daily, including in collar counties, and maintain calendars, schedule hearings, and manage court deadlines.
  • Assist in trial preparation, organize case files, coordinate travel, and manage expenses.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as billing and client reporting.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of litigation/trial support experience.
  • Proficient in state and federal court filings, including e-filing in collar counties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent worker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with File site or iManage preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
