We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at King's Seafood Company, Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our seafood dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and present high-quality seafood dishes
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
- Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven track record of leading a team and improving kitchen efficiency
