Job Title: External Manager in Training

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales and service professionals to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Market Manager to develop and implement market-specific strategies to drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales and service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
