A dynamic Store Manager is needed to lead our expanding team to success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of 8 to 15 members to surpass goals and expectations.

- Store Management: Ensure the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
- Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses.
- Sales Programs: Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO / 21 years of age for all other states.
- Experience: Retail and/or Food Management experience.
- Availability: Willingness to work any shift as needed.
- Travel: Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
- License: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset.
- Criminal Background Check: Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
- Preparedness: Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
