  12. Sales Programs: Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO / 21 years of age for all other states.
  2. Experience: Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  3. Availability: Willingness to work any shift as needed.
  4. Travel: Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
  5. License: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  6. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset.
  7. Criminal Background Check: Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
  8. Preparedness: Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
