About Our Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team at Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality cheese products and contribute to our success.

Job Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment issues within our network infrastructure, RF System, or Cisco IP Phone system. You'll also assist the Network Services Team in the installation, maintenance, and inventory of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hardware and Software Support: Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Network Services: Assist the Network Services Team in installing, maintaining, and inventorying computer hardware and software.
  • Help Desk: Serve as a Help Desk Technician, responding to end-user requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on hardware and software, and create and maintain documentation for end-users and IT staff.
  • Project Support: Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: Associate Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: One year of technical support or related experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), PC networking (TCP/IP concepts, configuration, and use), Device Management systems (SCCM, Kace, etc.), excellent troubleshooting skills, video conference software (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), ability to work independently, prioritize projects, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work with end-users in a courteous, patient, and professional manner.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
