Clinical Team Lead Position

The Supervisor - Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them achieve their goals and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
• Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine.
• Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
