Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and merchandise as needed, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Store Recovery: Participate in store recovery efforts, including cleaning and organizing the store, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Merchandise Handling: Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the store.
