Key Responsibilities
  • Create and present product proposals to customers tailored to their individual needs
  • Drive sales growth through regular contact and introducing our clients' specific products and services
  • Cultivate relationships directly with all customer accounts, new and existing
  • Retain customer accounts through solution-based selling
  • Support and collaborate with other entry-level Customer Account Manager team members to ensure quality work and meet KPIs
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or 4-year diploma highly recommended
  • 1-3 years of Customer Account Management, Sales, Client Facing, and/or entry-level experience required
  • Comfortable engaging with customers directly
  • High attention to detail when managing accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Outstanding time management and follow-up
