Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of process changes
  • Analyze production trends and develop improvement plans to optimize manufacturing processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Experience with digital factory connectivity and technical writing
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

This is a full-time position with limited travel requirements.
