Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, resolving issues and providing excellent service.
  • Manage order entry, processing, and shipping, maintaining clear communication with production teams.
  • Route supplies and materials to work areas, prioritizing workload to meet business needs.
  • Verify shipping reports and customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach, striving to exceed expectations and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating figures and amounts.
