Join our team as a Patient Access Representative and play a crucial role in helping patients access and continue their prescribed medications. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant brand and customer workstreams
- Utilize protocols to respond to customer inquiries and provide education and support
- Manage assigned cases throughout the patient journey, performing proper and timely escalation, tracking, triage, and follow-up
- Handle complex interactions and navigate insurances and financial assistance
- Adhere to call guides, job aids, and work instructions for case processing and case cadence
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), productivity, and quality metrics
- Leverage technology to support Case Management activities
- Accurately document all interactions to inform cross-functional partners
- Promptly respond to tasks and notifications from PSC counterparts
- High School Diploma required, associate or BS/BA degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of relevant patient reimbursement experience
- Strong interpersonal, telephone, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
- Computer literacy in email, video conferencing systems, and data entry/case management systems
