We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Lifestyle Strategic Account Manager to lead our initiatives within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a polished and professional demeanor, outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and a robust network within the industry, particularly with hospitality executives and decision-makers. This role demands a candidate who can engage in high-level discussions with confidence and professionalism. The successful individual will create opportunities and drive sales for the Onyx Collection within the hospitality segment of the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Account Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, territory managers, and other team members to develop revenue strategies for the Onyx Collection.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the hospitality industry, including luxury hotels and resorts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for top-tier clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded with our premium offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions that align with clients' specific needs and brand standards.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain market leadership.
  • Represent the Onyx Collection at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our brand with professionalism.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics, driving business growth and profitability.

Marginal Job Functions:

Participate in additional projects as required.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional training certifications.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a proven sales producer, ideally in the fitness equipment or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with C-suite executives and hospitality decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in the hospitality and vertical market channels, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of ultra-premium and luxury clients.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Preferred experience in technology sales within the industry.
  • Possess a polished and professional image, with a natural ability to connect with high-profile clients.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required for domestic travel.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
