Job Summary:

As a key member of our Imaging Services team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ultrasonic recordings of internal organs to aid in diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxieties and obtain cooperation.
  • Prepare and position patients for examination, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Select and operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of internal organs.
  • Record and maintain patient data in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Orient new hires and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2 years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography or a related field.
  • Registration with a professional organization such as the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
