We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our HR functions.
Responsibilities:- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- College courses preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.00-$22.00
